CustomWoodShapes, understand the need to uphold that trust. We'll keep
doing our very best every day, with every order and with every customer to
provide you with only highest quality products backed up with our 100%

For
those products listed on the site we assure you that the final product will be
produced in keeping with its picture representation and any options you
select. Should you require more
information before ordering you should “Contact Us”.
On
custom orders i.e. products not listed on the site we supply you with a written
quotation setting out in full detail your product’s specifications. Only when you are satisfied with these
product specifications and estimated delivery date is the quotation converted
into a final Order on our site and payment arranged.

beauty is not just skin deep. Just as
every tree is a little different from the next, every wood crafted item is one
of a kind. Those of us who appreciate solid wood know that the grain detail,
size of knots and even colour will vary. They are not defects but enhance the
warmth and beauty of a wood item. Solid woods are a natural fibre. Over the

Exchanging or Returning Products Purchased Online
Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
When you receive your product, we ask that you make sure that it agrees with
what was set out on your agreed Order prior to producing your order. If for any reason it is not the same you can
request a replacement product or refund of your purchase price. Please “Contact Us” stating the exact
reasons for your non-satisfaction.
Where
goods have been
damaged in transit we will work with the woodworker and the
transportation company to determine if your item can be repaired or whether a
replacement product will be supplied.
Any “in transit” damage must be reported through “Contact
Us” within 7 days of product receipt following which customer will be
contacted for copies of shipment receipts as applicable. In the case of replacement product
CustomWoodShapes will look after the pick-up on the original product at our
cost. Irrespective of amount recovered
from the transportation company, where woodworker is unwilling or unable to
repair or replace, a full refund be given.
On purchases made with a
credit card, the same card used to make the purchase will be credited with the
refund. The credit will be made within 5 to 7 business days of us receiving and
verifying the returned merchandise.

Deposits on Orders
Some woodworkers require a deposit in advance before starting production of
your order. Any such order will be shown
on the site as “Deposit” and the deposit amount charged to your credit card on
check-out. You will be advised when
order is ready to ship at which time you will pay the balance.
A deposit will be refunded
only when the woodworker has not started production of your order.

Purchasing by Minors
For the protection of our shoppers, it is our policy to not sell to minors. If
you are under the legal age of majority and wish to purchase from our online
store, please have a parent or legal guardian make the purchase for you.

Misprints
We do our best to provide you with the most up-to-date and accurate
information. In the event that an error does occur, we reserve the right to
correct or cancel an order at any time, and/or edit an order to reflect the
correction, and/or correct the error on our website. In the event that you are
shipped an incorrect product, we will gladly accept the unit back and offer you
a full refund.

Delivery
Method of delivery is determined by CustomWoodShapes and delivery costs added
to your order prior to your Order. You
are not responsible for any variation in actual shipping costs with amount
shown on your Order.
You will be notified by
e-mail or phone as applicable when woodworker has shipped your product. You should carefully inspect your product
upon receipt for any evidence of shipper mishandling and if any immediately “Contact Us”. CustomWoodShapes will contact the shipper to
determine corrective action. Time is of
the essence with any shipping problem.
