Ordering Information
An email confirmation is sent to the listed email address on every submitted order placed through
CustomWoodShapes.com.  Please use the link contained in that email for checking on status of your order.  
NOTHING is charged to your credit card until order confirmed by return email.  As order progresses further
status email(s) will follow to this same email address.  

Please note:
  1. Shipping costs: all orders, quotation excepted, are charged with an initial estimated shipping cost FOB
    woodworker's site.  You will be advised by email of any adjustment to this estimate along with
    expected delivery date. Only when you confirm acceptance of delivery terms will your credit card be
    charged.
  2. Options: stain colours, finish or any other adjustment to your order will be sent by email to this
    address.  If the option requires a price adjustment you will be notified by email prior to any
    adjustment to your order.
  3. Deposit: any woodworker deposit required in advance is charged to your credit card and deducted from
    any final balance owing - to be confirmed by email.
  4. Quotation: is initially processed at $0.00 - you will be supplied a quotation by separate email for
    acceptance before any order created.  
  5. Unit Price as shown is in US$ - Canadian orders are adjusted to the `as listed' CA$.
